All rights are reserved by AscendAPI. All data and content served by the ExerciseDB API are the exclusive property of AscendAPI. This includes, but is not limited to, text, metadata, images, GIFs, videos, exercise descriptions, workout routines, instructional content, and any other type of media or information provided through the API.
Subscribers with a valid subscription are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the data and content provided by the ExerciseDB API. This license is strictly limited to the duration of the subscription period and is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from storing any data, content, or media obtained from the ExerciseDB API, including but not limited to:

The API is designed exclusively for real-time data fetching on each request. All data and content must be freshly requested from the API for every use. Unauthorized downloading, scraping, or bulk collection of data from this API is strictly prohibited.
As soon as a user stops their subscription, terminates their account, or fails to make payment, all rights to use the data and content from the ExerciseDB API are immediately revoked. Subscribers must:
